1. Service Description

This website provides online file processing services such as password recovery, format conversion, compression, watermark removal, encryption and restriction removal. By submitting a task you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must own the files you submit, or hold prior written authorisation from the rights holder;
You must ensure that your use does not violate the copyright, intellectual property, cryptography, data protection or other laws of your country or region;
You must not use the service to infringe the privacy, trade secrets or other lawful interests of others. Submitting a file means you accept the disclaimer published on this site, and you bear the legal consequences of any unlawful use.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. You may also use the service without registering, in which case the system generates a random account and password; please save them, as they cannot be recovered once lost.

4. Billing, Payment and Refunds

The billing method for each task is shown on the submission page: some tasks are charged on submission, others are charged only on success;
Charges are deducted from your account balance at submission time. Amounts are denominated in CNY; on non-default language sites they are converted at the displayed exchange rate, and the order amount is final;
For tasks charged on success, the fee is automatically refunded to your balance if processing fails;
Balance can only be spent on this service, so please use it in good time.

5. Processing and Results

Results are kept on our servers and can be downloaded or deleted from your task list;
Outcome of password recovery depends on the encryption method and password strength of the file itself. We do not guarantee success for any particular file;
Please download and back up result files promptly; we do not keep them beyond the retention period.

6. Prohibited Behaviour

Submitting files you are not entitled to process, or using the service to crack the files of others;
Scraping or crawling the service interfaces, or abusing free quotas and promotions by automated means;
Uploading files containing malicious code or unlawful content, or interfering with the security of the service or the network;
Using the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the lawful rights of others.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the service stable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for losses caused by your unlawful use, damage to the files themselves, force majeure, or failure of third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service.

8. Changes and Termination of Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service, and will give notice where reasonably possible. If you breach these terms, we may restrict or terminate your access to the account and the service.

9. Intellectual Property

The pages, text, graphics and programs of this website are protected by law. They may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without permission.
